A commercial manufacturer or Ross Pearson guarantee applies only when its duration is stated on the product page or supplied documentation.
What may be covered
- Manufacturing faults arising during normal use within the stated period.
- Components and remedies identified in the product-specific guarantee.
Typical exclusions
- Wear, consumables, scale, blockage and accidental damage.
- Incorrect sizing, incompatible systems, misuse or installation contrary to instructions.
- Work by unqualified or unauthorised persons where this is relevant.
Making a claim
Email sales@rosspearson.co.uk with the order number, model, serial or batch details, photographs and installer information where applicable. This commercial guarantee is additional to statutory rights.
