Choosing a product

Which number matters?

For cooling, compare BTU output and room guidance; for dehumidifiers, litres per day; for radiators, watts or BTUs at the stated test conditions; for pipework, material and diameter. Dimensions and noise level may also decide the fit.

Can you confirm compatibility?

Email the project desk with the existing product, measurements and intended use. We can explain catalogue information but regulated design and installation decisions remain with the appropriately competent installer.

Installation

Gas, electrical, plumbing, refrigerant and heating work must comply with applicable rules and may require qualified professionals. Installation is included only when expressly stated.

Delivery and returns

Free standard UK delivery takes 4-7 working days after dispatch, with no minimum spend. Multi-item orders may split. If an item arrives damaged, keep packaging, photograph the issue and email sales@rosspearson.co.uk promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
